Conference Description: This event will focus on Strategies of HIV Care and Treatment Provision During an HIV Outbreak, assessment and control of an outbreak of HIV among people who inject drugs as well as the state of the HIV epidemic in WV in relation to injection drug use.

Define current HIV and hepatitis testing guidelines and importance of implementation.
Describe what PrEP is, identify clients and populations to benefit from it, and how to prescribe PrEP.
