We have multiple Bachelor level positions available in Morgantown, and multiple Therapist Positions in Morgantown. We are also offering a competitive $2,500 sign on bonus and some other incentives!

The positions we have available currently are:

Specialist for our V-ACT Program (Valley Assertive Community Treatment Team). In this role, you will be going out into the community working with clients who have severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance usage disorders. This position helps prevent these individuals from involuntary hospitalization by providing intensive services and prevention.

– Sunday -Thursday 7:30a-4:30p (may vary)

Community Engagement Specialist – Seeking a dynamic, outgoing and professional individual to act as a liaison between hospitals and Valley HealthCare System services. This role will involve interacting with other agencies, so excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed. Involves discharge planning, placement and education on different programs within the agency. Monday-Friday 8a-5p (may vary slightly). This positions requires a Bachelor’s Degree in the human service fields.

Therapist SUD Residential Programs – This position supervises our ACT Unit and New Beginnings Program which are residential programs for substance usage disorder treatment. ACT is a 28 day program, and New Beginnings is a long term program for women. ACT is in Fairmont, and New Beginnings is in Morgantown, which will be the primary location for the position but travel to both is required. Requires a Master’s Degree in Human Services and a valid driver’s license. Rotating Saturdays are required.

Outpatient Therapist – This position involves having a caseload of individual therapy clients as well as ISP (intensive service program) for 3 hours, 3 days a week with an average sized group of 8-12 clients. This position offers monthly incentives for direct client service time, as well as the opportunity for clinical supervision for licensure. The primarily population would be clients with substance usage disorders. Requires a Master’s Degree in Human Services. Monday-Friday 8a-5p (may vary slightly).

Part Time CRU Therapist – This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking a non-traditional schedule. This position is part time currently, with Sunday coverage being required but the other days can be discussed during interview. Work with clients on the Crisis Residential Unit to provide individual and group therapy sessions. Requires a Master’s Degree in Human Services.
